Steve has had 20 years' experience working with both client brands and suppliers in customer management, contact centres and outsourcing consultancy. Vice Chair of the DMA's Contact Centre Council and a member of the GDPR Taskforce, Steve is helping develop perspectives on compliance and regulation, including the implementation of the GDPR and 2018 Data Protection Act. Steve and his colleagues at Channel Doctors are focused on aligning and optimising brands' customer facing sales, distribution and service channels.
