Learn Amp Joins Cezanne: A New Chapter for HR and L&D

We're joining Cezanne HR - and here's why this is great news for People Teams.

Today marks a significant milestone for Learn Amp, and for the market we serve. We're thrilled to announce that Learn Amp has been acquired by Cezanne HR, one of the UK's fastest-growing providers of HR software and payroll solutions.

This is big news, and we want to share what it means, why it matters, and why we believe the timing couldn't be better.

 

The problem we've both been trying to solve

For too long, People Teams have had to make an uncomfortable choice: invest in the enterprise platforms that own the full HR and L&D lifecycle (and pay enterprise prices), or accept a patchwork of disconnected tools that don't talk to each other.

The market moment

The urgency isn't lost on us. With one in three UK workers planning to change jobs in 2026, and employee disengagement costing the UK economy an estimated £257 billion a year in lost productivity, the stakes for People Teams have never been higher.

Efficient HR administration matters, but it's not enough. Organisations that want to attract, develop and retain great people need technology that actively supports learning, growth and engagement across the entire employee journey.
